How long will it take to receive my order? TOP Production time on all stationery products is 5-7 business days. Production time on all tabletop items (plates, placemats, platters, trays) is 10-12 business days. Add shipping time to this, which is generally 2-3 business days. All products ship from Texas. What forms of payment are accepted? TOP We accept MC, Visa or American Express.
Is expedited shipping available? TOP Yes, you may expedite shipping on your order. We offer 3 day shipping for $15, 2nd Day Air for $20 or Overnight Shipping for $35.
Do you accept returns? TOP No, due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Can I request a proof for my order? TOP We send proofs for all invitation orders at no cost. We do not offer proofs for other products.
Are envelopes included with my order? TOP Yes, white envelopes are included in the cost of all note card, photo card, enclosure card and invitation orders.
Do you charge sales tax? TOP We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Texas.
What if there is an error on my order? TOP Please contact us within 15 business days of receipt of the order. If the error is made by our company, we will replace your order as quickly as possible at no cost. If you made the error when placing the order, unfortunately we cannot replace at no cost. We do offer a reprint discount, so please contact us if that is the case.
What is the weight of your paper stock? TOP We use a high quality 88lb woven cover stock for all note cards & invitations.
Can you include a gift message with my order? TOP Yes, at checkout there will be a place for you to enter a gift message to the recipient.
