Do your notecards come with envelopes and how are they packaged?
All of our original artwork is done by hand with watercolor paints. Our notecards are printed on
high quality white woven card stock and are included with white envelopes. All folded notes are
left blank inside for your personal message. Your order will be packaged in a clear box and will
arrive wrapped with a pretty grosgrain ribbon!

Do you take credit cards?
We accept Mastercard, Visa or American Express as payment. All online shopping is secured
with a SSL certificate to provide you with 100% security.
How are orders shipped?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be completed. Once completed, orders
shipped via UPS ground will arrive in 3-5 business days. You will be sent a confirmation at the
time of shipment.

Can I see a proof before you print my order?
Proofs are only sent for personalized invitations or announcements. You will be emailed a proof
within 2 business days of the order. Once approved by you, the order will be processed &
shipped within 7 business days. Make sure to review your proof carefully, as returns or refunds
are not issued for orders that have been approved.
If you have special instructions or would like to provide more details about your order, please
make a note in the box provided at checkout. We will be happy to contact you regarding details
if necessary before we send your final proof. We are also happy to ship envelopes in advance
at your request.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Yes, you may include a gift message with your order. Simply include your message where
indicated at checkout.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
As required by law, we collect sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address in the state
of Texas.

- Standard shipping via UPS ground is $5.00 for all orders
- 2nd Day delivery is available for a $20.00 charge
- Overnight delivery is available for a $35.00 charge.
